COMMON QUESTIONS
DO PARENTS/GUARDIANS STAY DURING THE PROGRAM?
We strongly encourage independence at Buddy UP! and ask that parents and/or guardians drop off their child or teen at the program start time and pick up when program is finished. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to provide a one to one support for their child/teen if needed during groups.

With 20+ years of experience working with and supporting individuals of all ages on the spectrum, Kathleen Burroughs,
Founder of Buddy UP! Social Skills (former Owner of ABA on the GO) runs, operates and facilitates the entire program.
Kathleen holds a background of Art Fundamentals from Seneca College at York University, as well as over 10 years experience as an ABA Therapist. Kathleen is very well versed in the Autism community and her passion for improving the overall skill sets of Neurodivergent youth continues to grow year after year.
WHO RUNS THE PROGRAM?
WHAT SHOULD PARTICIPANTS BRING TO GROUPS?
Participants are welcome to bring a snack and water bottle. If there are certain no-screen games, activities or special interests they would like to share with the group, we highly encourage them to bring what they like. Cell phones are permitted in group for phone calls or texts to parents/guardians.
