How Buddy UP! Comes to You
You choose the participants
Staff identify up to four children or teens who may benefit from a small social group.
We set individual social goals
Staff input helps identify individual social goals for each participant, while activities are tailored to the needs and interests of the group.
Buddy UP! comes to you
One 45–60 minute session each week for four weeks, offered during daytime programming in a suitable space at your location.
All materials providedWe wrap up the series
Participants receive a certificate, with a brief progress summary shared with the referring program and family where appropriate.

Our introductory four-week series helps participants get to know one another, build confidence, and find common ground through games, conversation and shared activities.
Future series can explore teamwork, friendships, conversation, self-advocacy and more.

Buddy UP! partners with schools, learning centres, community organizations, homeschool programs, agencies, and other youth-serving settings. Programs can be adapted to fit your participants, schedule, and space.
